You can get a good indication of how much most of the buyer's purchase homes for on Hanalei.  The 1st of 2 Charts are properties UNDER $5Million and the Second Chart ABOVE $5 Million.  The most active Price points for Properties over $2million Dollars occurs in the Hanalei District. The VAST majority of homes sales occur under $3 Million Dollars with most sales occurring under $1.5 Million. There were hand full of Homes selling for over $10 Million during the last 3 years as this chart illustrates, BUT sales in the upper price points have slowed considerably in Hanalei since 2018 after the historic flooding. 

Condo Buying Pattern by Price Range

The “Buying Pattern” for Hanalei shows the actual Sold data for the Condo in Hanalei. This chart is a great overview of what price range Condos have sold in Hanalei. You can get a good indication of how much most of the buyer's purchase Condos for on Hanalei.  The VAST majority of Condo sales occur under $1 Million Dollars with only a hand full of Condos selling for over $2 Million during the last 3 years as this chart illustrates.
